Service Description

Reset your mind body and soul in a safe and tranquil environment with likeminded people. We will use this time to connect with our breath, let go of the week behind us and cultivate the week ahead. We will be intention setting and sharing wisdom to establishing our own individual tangible tools that will help us adapt and overcome the challenges we personally face in the world we see. Ensuring that we know our own tools so we may deal with ourselves from a loving lens. The group will help us all stay accountable to ourselves and provide a friendly environment that supports and encourages each other no matter the chapter we are in. The holistic hut is a wooden hut that is at the bottom of the garden of our family home in Coventry. It will be candle lit in the winter months providing hot drinks and a warm welcoming environment.
